Terms of use

Website terms, institute disclaimers, and enrolment context.

Last updated: 1 January 2026

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern access to aiexecutiveinstitute.pro and general use of online resources provided by AI Executive Institute Pte. Ltd. (UEN 202914673R). Enrolled participants and corporate clients are also bound by signed enrolment agreements or statements of work, which prevail if inconsistent with these Terms.

1. Acceptance

By accessing this website, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Legal Notice. If you disagree, discontinue use immediately.

2. Institute identity and disclaimers

AI Executive Institute is an executive education provider delivering AI leadership programmes for senior managers and directors in Singapore. We explicitly disclaim the following misrepresentations:

  • We are not a medical institute, hospital, clinic, or provider of clinical AI diagnostics training;
  • We are not a university or degree-granting institution unless a separately accredited qualification is explicitly named in a signed contract;
  • Completion certificates document institute training participation — they do not by default confer MBAs, MDs, PhDs, or government-licensed professional credentials;
  • We do not guarantee promotions, salary increases, board appointments, business profits, or specific ROI from AI adoption;
  • We do not provide legal, medical, financial, investment, or tax advice — institute content is educational;
  • Live AI demonstrations may be inaccurate, biased, or incomplete — human judgment and professional advisers remain essential.

3. Permitted use

You may browse programme information, submit legitimate enquiries via our contact form, and download publicly available materials for internal executive evaluation. You may not: scrape or harvest data systematically; attempt unauthorised access to servers; inject malicious code; impersonate institute staff; misrepresent affiliation with AEI; use content to imply accredited degrees or medical credentials; or use automated bots to submit forms (honeypot and server-side checks apply).

4. Enrolment and payment

Programme placement requires acceptance by programme directors, signed enrolment documents, and payment per invoice instructions. Published SGD price ranges on Programmes and Services pages are indicative until confirmed in writing. We do not accept payment via unsolicited cryptocurrency wallets or unverified third-party agents. Refunds and transfers follow signed enrolment terms.

5. Intellectual property

All curriculum, case materials, branding, and website content are protected by intellectual property laws. Participants receive a limited personal licence to use handouts for internal business purposes unless corporate contracts specify broader team licensing. Recording institute sessions without written permission is prohibited.

6. User submissions

Messages submitted through contact forms must be accurate to the best of your knowledge. You grant us a licence to use submission content to respond and improve services. Do not submit confidential trade secrets or special-category data unnecessarily; request secure channels for sensitive corporate information.

7. Third-party links and tools

External links and fonts are provided for convenience. We disclaim responsibility for third-party terms and content. Generative AI tools referenced in educational materials remain subject to their respective provider terms.

8. Availability and modifications

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue website features or programme schedules without liability. We endeavour to maintain accurate information but do not warrant uninterrupted access or error-free content.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Singapore law, AEI and its directors, employees, and facilitators shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from website use or programme attendance. Aggregate liability for website-related claims is capped at SGD 100 except where exclusion is prohibited by law. Nothing limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence where exclusion is unlawful.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify AEI against claims arising from your misuse of the website, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights through your submissions, except where caused by our gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Singapore law. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Singapore courts, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections.

12. Severability and waiver

If any provision is unenforceable, remaining provisions continue in effect. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of future enforcement.

13. Entire agreement for website use

These Terms, together with referenced policies, constitute the entire agreement regarding website use. Programme-specific contracts add additional terms for enrolled clients.

14. Contact

Terms questions: [email protected] | AI Executive Institute Pte. Ltd., 50 Raffles Place, #17-02, Singapore Land Tower, Singapore 048623 | +65 6532 4401

15. Programme conduct and participant responsibilities

Participants in Raffles Place sessions or on-site corporate workshops must conduct themselves professionally and respect fellow executives, facilitators, and institute staff. Harassment, discriminatory conduct, recording without permission, or misuse of confidential case materials shared in plenary may result in removal without refund. You are responsible for safeguarding login credentials if hybrid portals are provided and for ensuring corporate devices used in class comply with your employer's IT policies.

16. Confidentiality and case discussions

Institute case vignettes may reference composite or public scenarios. Participants should not treat peer comments as public statements attributable to their employers. Chatham House Rule-style expectations apply unless facilitators specify otherwise. Do not share other participants' personal data outside the cohort without consent.

17. Force majeure

We are not liable for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond reasonable control, including government restrictions, venue closures, facilitator illness, or telecommunications failures. We will offer rescheduling or credit toward future institute modules where feasible.

18. Anti-misrepresentation for advertising partners

Affiliates, resellers, or advertising partners must not describe AEI as a medical institute, hospital affiliate, or accredited university. Marketing must reflect our executive education positioning and include credential disclaimers consistent with these Terms. We may terminate relationships with partners who misrepresent institute offerings.

19. Survival

Provisions relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, and governing law survive termination of website access or programme completion.

20. Language

These Terms are written in English (Singapore). Translated summaries, if any, are convenience only; the English version prevails in case of inconsistency.

21. Accessibility and reasonable accommodations

We endeavour to make our Raffles Place campus and materials accessible to executives with disabilities. Request reasonable accommodations when registering — for example, reserved seating, enlarged handouts, or captioning for hybrid sessions. Accommodation requests are evaluated in good faith but may require advance notice to arrange venue or vendor support.

22. Open cohort scheduling changes

Published cohort dates on our website are provisional until confirmed in enrolment documents. We may reschedule modules when minimum enrolment is not met or facilitators become unavailable. Enrolled executives receive prompt notice and options to transfer or receive refunds per signed agreements.

23. Prohibited commercial exploitation

You may not resell institute curriculum, reproduce slide decks for commercial training businesses, or imply that attendance creates franchise or licensing rights to deliver AEI-branded modules without a separate written licence. Corporate clients receive usage rights only as defined in their contracts.

24. Feedback and testimonials

If you provide testimonials or case feedback, you grant AEI permission to use anonymised or attributed quotes in marketing materials as specified in any release you sign. We do not fabricate executive endorsements or imply medical or academic endorsements we have not received in writing.

25. Dispute resolution before litigation

Before initiating court proceedings for disputes arising from these Terms or website use, parties agree to attempt good-faith negotiation by contacting [email protected] with a written summary of the dispute. If unresolved within thirty days, either party may pursue remedies in Singapore courts as set out in Section 11.
